Mile High Station Wedding Photography | Amanda+Jeremy

Gina’s Take:
A few things about Amanda and Jeremy (and their wedding at Mile High Station in Denver). They love each other (that one is a given… hence the wedding). They are passionate about their Christian beliefs. Music is integral in their lives. These go hand in hand for Jeremy who is a worship leader. Their family is big and means the world to them. You might think they are center-stage kind of people. However, I’ve never met two more soft-spoken, humble, un-flashy people in my life. This is certainly a gift that they both possess. Their wedding day was full of warmth, filled with the above-mentioned traits (like sheet music table runners), and inundated with happy family. I wish them abounding joy in their lives together.
Jason’s Take:
I’m a huge fan of music. In fact, we were introduced to Amanda and Jeremy through Amanda’s mom Rhoda. She’s a long time friend and vocal mentor. Years ago, I was the leader of a little band that did the music for a huge youth group here in Denver. I was a terrible singer… but people like Rhoda and her sister Kirsten helped me grow tremendously. And I’d like to make it public that my back up guitar player was none other than Joe King, of the Fray. Seriously.
Amanda and Jeremy’s love for music oozes out of them. My favorite part of their wedding was, of course, their first dance. Amazing to witness and incredible to shoot. If nothing else, Mile High Station, was made for first dance pictures!!
The wedding was perfectly designed and executed by Kelly Johnson of Signature Events. Other vendors include: The Perfect Petal, Epicurean Catering, and Das Meyer Pastry.

Awesome first dance and father-daughter dance shots, love ‘em!!
Beautiful photos….love the sheet music table overlays!
A wedding is one of the few life moments where you can’t help but pause in amazement at the beauty and wonder of the event. So many ‘scenes’ in my daughter Amanda’s wedding to Jeremy made me want to stop and ‘rewind’ so I could experience it again.
Her lovely face as she walked down the aisle. Her dad’s expression. The sacred exchange. The joy. The beautiful floral design and the artistry of the details. The grace-filled ‘feel’ of the evening.
My trusted friendship with Jason filled me with confidence that he was capturing these scenes and more. Jason and Gina more than memorialized the evening, creating priceless memories for generations to come.
I am grateful for many, many decisions we landed on for her special day, especially the decision to invite Jason+Gina, trusting their keen, sensitive eye.
Oh wow that first dance outline… amazing!!
Rhoda – your words are too much! Thank you so much for having us be a part of such an amazing day!
