When I walk into the flurry of a bridal suite on the morning of a wedding, I never know what to expect. Will the bride be stressed because things are behind schedule, will the party already be underway with champaign cracked open, will the atmosphere be subdued and serious…
I stepped in to the bridal suite and met Katie’s eyes… and she smiled a dazzling smile, gave me a huge hug and told me how much she loved our 17-month-old (I think her word was “obsessed”). She was relaxed, happy, and super thoughtful. My favorite part of the day was seeing Katie and Chase have such a blast. From the moment we walked in to the moment we hugged goodbye on the dance floor, they never once stopped celebrating.
The Ritz Carlton is second to none (well… actually tied with the Four Seasons IMHO). From the moment we arrive and drop our car off at valet before a wedding until we walk, dead tired, back to valet, the superior level of service and personalization is truly remarkable. The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch is one of the most beautiful places in Colorado. Whether you’re spending a weekend on the slopes, or are on a summer getaway; this place is the nuts (aka the best hand in a poker game). Katie and Chase, as well as their family and friends, were able to spend an incredible weekend in this autumn paradise… and we were lucky enough to document it. The stars aligned with perfect weather, incredible color, and warmhearted peeps gathered to celebrate the wedding of Katie and Chase.
