Happy St. Patrick's Day
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
Jason was goofing around with a couple of remote flashes this morning and snapped some fun pictures of Riland the Dog “Riley”. He is used to a mid-morning nap and about halfway through the photo session he started to snooze lol. What can be cuter than a sleepy beagle with his floppy ears draped over his paws? I submit there is nothing cuter. Our daughter put her St. Patrick’s Day bandanna on the dog because she didn’t want him getting pinched today… so, our entire family is sufficiently “greened out” now. As an aside, I learned yesterday that Corned Beef and Cabbage is not a traditional Irish meal (they make some sort of bacon/pork and cabbage). It is actually Irish American, which by our standards is close enough. We ate it anyway (along with green Hawaiian Punch, Green Peeps, and Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream… like I said, close enough by our standards) and felt very festive.
